Texas-style BBQ in the Lower Mainland. Inspired by numerous trips to the heart of BBQ cooking, we cook locally farmed meats low and slow until they’re smoky and tender in “Hank” the 19-foot smoker brought home from our last trip down south.
Along with delicious sandwiches like the one you’re enjoying at Nat Bailey Stadium, our menu specializes in family-sized platters to take away and share in the backyard, on the beach, or at the park. Our mains like tender brisket, ribs, and sausages are served up alongside a wide range of made from scratch classic sides and desserts.
